Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-time or part-time
Compensation Structure: Choose between W2 employee status or 1099 independent contractor options

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to accurately understand client needs.
• Design, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide empathetic, person-centered counseling, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Collaborate with a network of service providers and agencies for holistic client care.
• Facilitate clients' transition planning and manage the discharge process effectively.
• Offer crisis intervention and maintain a safe therapeutic environment.
• Ensure precise and timely completion of all required documentation.
• Actively participate in case reviews, clinical presentations, and utilization reviews.
• Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Required: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCADC. Supervised positions are available for LGPC and LGADC.
• Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or SUD treatment settings.
• Preferred: Experience with SUD Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Must pass an acceptable background check.
