In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

• Assisting our valued clients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and bathroom functions.
• Safely transporting patients to and from appointments, errands, and activities, ensuring their timely arrival.
• Managing medication reminders and diligently monitoring patients' conditions by observing physical and mental changes, and documenting efficiently.
• Providing emotional and social support through conversations, games, reading, and accompanying patients on walks.
• Assisting with light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation, changing bed linens, and laundry.
• Actively participating in scheduled team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance care solutions.

To qualify for this rewarding role, you must possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in home care or working with elderly patients.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to providing compassionate care to elderly patients.
• Ability to pass background and drug checks.
