Duties

  • Assisting patients with their daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, while maintaining their dignity and privacy.
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs, and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff promptly.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Assisting with transferring and positioning patients safely, utilizing proper body mechanics and equipment as needed.
  • Documenting patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in their medical records.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients, under the supervision of the nursing team.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

  • 18 years old and above
