Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Chiropractor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about holistic wellness and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As an Associate Chiropractor, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess patients' needs, provide chiropractic adjustments, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Perform chiropractic examinations, assessments, and adjustments to promote spinal health and alleviate musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including massage therapists, medical professionals, acupuncturists, and physical therapists, to deliver integrated care to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' specific needs and health goals.
• Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and therapeutic exercises to enhance their overall well-being.
• Ensure timely documentation of patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in New York to practice chiropractic medicine.
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in performing chiropractic adjustments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate care and fostering a supportive healing environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer patients to other providers when medically necessary.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in documenting SOAP notes and care plans.
