Health Affiliates Maine has an opening for a New Client Coordinator and Credentialing Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, 40 hr/wk, role.

Roles and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to the following):

• Verify eligibility for new clients for both MaineCare and Commercial Insurances.
• Register MaineCare clients in KEPRO.
• Notify provider if there is a dual provider issues or insurance is not correct.
• Follow up with dual provider issues after 2 weeks of initial notification.
• Maintain new enrollments clients daily.
• Performs all duties for provider credentialing and DE-credentialing.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of business English, grammatical construction, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary and the ability to type accurately.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of modern office procedures, practices and equipment, including the use of computers.
• Ability to learn and implement office procedures related to program policies and to assist in training others.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
• Have full knowledge of the MaineCare and Licensing regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of Micrsoft Word and Excel with the ability to develop reports and spreadsheets.
• Have a working knowledge of the agency’s database.
