Plus, consider these perks: Benefits for full- and part-time employees, generous paid time off, and fun employee events, like holiday luncheons and dress down days! **THIS IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION** BASIC FUNCTION Responsible for receiving data and data enter to appropriate system or database ensuring 100% accuracy; coordinate with co-workers to ensure a balanced workload, and provide assistance to ensure deadlines are met; assist members with scheduling appointments at assigned events ensuring to collect all required information MAJOR JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Data Entry Functions - Perform data entry of information/data provided by internal sources into appropriate system or database as well as schedule member’s appointments ensuring adherence to department and corporate policies, procedures and timelines * Receive data and data enter into appropriate system or database ensuring 100% accuracy * Provide data entry to co-worker for internal audit ensuring discrepancies are corrected * Copy and file data entry documentation upon audit completion according to established procedures * Coordinate with co-workers to ensure a balanced workload, and provide assistance to ensure deadlines are met * Assist members with scheduling appointments at assigned events ensuring to collect all required information * Exercise exceptional customer service skills in an effort to optimize each contact with the member *Know and support approved departmental and corporate policies and procedures Team Interfaces/Customer Service – Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts * Cooperate with team members to meet goals or complete tasks * Provide quality customer service that exceeds customer expectations and improves level of service being provided * Treat all internal/external customers, team members and department contacts with dignity/respect * Escalate to supervisor any situation outside the employee’s control that could adversely impact the services being provided MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications. Education * High school diploma or GED required Experience * Minimum six months clerical, data entry or customer service experience required Other * Basic knowledge of Word required * Intermediate knowledge of Excel required Equal Opportunity Employer.
