We are hiring a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator for a busy dental practice in Brunswick, Ohio. The Dental Treatment Coordinator is responsible for meeting with patients and their families for new patient examinations, gathering medical history, discussing treatment options, and answering all payment questions.

What You’ll Do:

· Treatment conversion.

· Treatment acceptance: nurture & Follow Up.

· Financial arrangements and documentation.

· Clinical flow management.

· Appointment efficiency.

· Collecting and reviewing accounts with patients.

· Patient follow up and reactivation.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required.
• Experience with insurance required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Efficient multitasking and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Open Dental software preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures a plus.

What We Will Pay:

• Salary: $36,000-$46,000
