Job Description
As a Nurse Practitioner at Health 210, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions.
- Developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educating patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- M-F clinic hours. No weekends or after hours responsibility.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, etc.)
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
