Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need. Your expertise in PTSD care, psychotherapy, addiction counseling, crisis management, and social work will be invaluable in helping clients navigate challenging situations and improve their overall well-being. MSW-level Social Worker is desired; minimum level CSW required.

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
- Offer addiction counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse
- Assist clients in accessing community resources such as housing, healthcare, and financial assistance
- Conduct research and data collection to inform evidence-based practices and improve service delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches
- Provide crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing immediate mental health or social emergencies
- Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate communication between clients and other service providers

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work

- Minimum level CSW (Certified Social Worker)

- QMHP Credentials preferred (but not required)
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Social Worker (if applicable)
- Proven experience in providing trauma-informed care, psychotherapy, addiction counseling, crisis management, and social work services
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in social work practice
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy, compassion, and the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
