Who are we? Healing Hearts Family Counseling Center, LLC has been providing traditional and research-based innovative mental health treatment methods for our customers for 13 years. We developed the combination of our methods because many families felt as though traditional therapy had limited results. We are often the first place to give Hope for Healing.

What we are offering: We are offering a part-time in-clinic Scheduling & Office Coordinator position. This position is Monday-Friday 7:30-12N. Part-time positions at Healing Hearts offers Paid Holidays and PTO. Previous experience beneficial in the following areas: scheduling, skillful with computer and software systems, phone triage, collecting payments, and light cleaning.
