We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in front office duties in the veterinary field and some vet assistant training.
Duties: Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor- Answer phones and triage incoming emergencies- Check-in and check-out clients- Collect payments for services rendered- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients- Assist with cleaning and organizing the reception area- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Experience:- At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital setting is preferred.
