Healey Hyundai in Beacon NY is seeking an automotive biller! We’re hiring the right candidate immediately and are willing to train.

Qualifications:

· At least one year of dealership experience

· Excellent attendance and punctuality required

· CDK and Verifi experience preferred, but will train the right candidate

· Must be able to multi-task and work well with others

· Ability to work one Saturday 9-5 per month

· Strong phone skills to handle bank and DMV issues

· 9-5 schedule with no nights or Sundays

· Good data entry/computer skills with great attention to detail

Responsibilities:

· Packaging deals

· Processing DMV for all states

· Stocking in new and used vehicles for inventory

· Processing trade-ins and calling for lien releases if needed

· Keeping up to date on titles & lien releases

· Applying for duplicate title for all states

· Handling title corrections in a timely manner

· Problem solving

· Billing out new and used vehicle swaps and wholesales

· Maintain an organized workspace

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
