Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team and support our growing business. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our expanding ABA services. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring that we have a dedicated team of qualified professionals who are committed to our mission of providing exceptional care and support to individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the ABA business, including Behavior Technicians, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Clinical Supervisors, and administrative staff.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit with the organization's culture and values.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities, and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners to enhance the recruitment experience and promote the company's brand as an employer of choice.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health industry.
  • Familiarity with ABA principles and practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
