Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Primary Montessori Guide to join our team. As a Lead Primary Montessori Guide, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for our students. This is a full-time position.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the Montessori philosophy
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes independence, creativity, and critical thinking
- Foster a love for learning through hands-on activities and individualized instruction
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure the well-being and progress of each child
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Maintain classroom materials and ensure they are organized and accessible
- Observe and assess student performance to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience

Qualifications:
- Montessori certification from an accredited training program. Preferably AMS/MACTE
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a Montessori or similar educational setting (preferable, but not necessary)
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
- Experience working with students with special needs is a plus
