Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Beauty Educators to excel in their role.
• Develop relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and Beauty Educators.
• Conduct regular performance check ins. 
• Review weekly attendance concerns. 
• Ensuring company and retailer standards are met.
• Partner with supervisor and HR to handle escalations in a timely matter.
• Achieve your sales goals.
• Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift.
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app. 

Skills, Knowledge, and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience managing people. 
• 4 years experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer. 
• Excellent retail selling and education background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently. 
• Strong problem-solving skills. 
• Professional conduct in-store.
• Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles.
• Must have a cell phone.
• Must have open availability.
