Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Reassembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and products of vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Duties:
- Use power tools and hand tools to assemble components according to specifications
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure product functionality
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Familiarity with logic controllers and automation systems is a plus
- Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
