HDW Construction and Drilling is Hiring an Excavator Operator Near San Antonio, TX

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining excavators to dig, move, and load materials.

**Duties:**

- Operate excavators to perform various tasks such as digging, trenching, and backfilling

- Safely and efficiently operate equipment in accordance with company procedures

- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Coordinate with ground crew to complete excavation projects accurately and on time

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator

- Proficiency in operating excavators and other heavy equipment such as dump trucks, loaders, graders, and water trucks

- Knowledge of horizontal drilling, tanker operations, and commercial driving is a plus

- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Ability to travel possible travel out of city needed. Back home weekly

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
