Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to hand tools, farm, garden, and landscape maintenance. This position requires basic math skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in various outdoor environments. Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment for farm, garden, and landscape maintenance - Assist with irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants - Collect and record data on plant growth and health - Perform general landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding - Assist with greenhouse operations including planting, transplanting, and harvesting - Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks Qualifications: - Previous experience working with hand tools in a farm or garden setting is preferred - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Knowledge of irrigation systems and their operation - Ability to collect accurate data for analysis and reporting - Familiarity with greenhouse operations and plant growing techniques - Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions We offer competitive pay based on experience.
