Salary Range: $54,000-$77,000

$5,000 sign-on bonus

Children’s Services Clinician

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Master’s Degree in a clinical field of study
• Current license (LCMHC, LICSW, LADC, LMFT) or eligibility for rostering through the VT Board of Mental Health.
• 2 years of direct service experience preferred

• Ability to conduct clinical assessments and design treatment plans that clearly outline and target treatment goals
• Knowledge of mental health, trauma, substance use, social work, and emotional/behavioral issues that impact children and their families
• Healthy communication skills that allow for honest feedback and clinical/professional discourse
• Ability to work well as both a self starter and a team player, and demonstrate flexibility and collaboration to meet client, program, and agency needs
• A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive, dynamic, mission-driven team!
