We are looking for Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services and satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with maintenance department to address any repair or maintenance issues

Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations, including floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
