Requirements :

• degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• experience as an Active Directory and Citrix Engineer, with a focus on managing and optimizing Active Directory infrastructure and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler for load balancing, SSL offloading, and secure remote access.
• in designing, deploying, and managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure, including Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop, Citrix StoreFront, and Citrix Netscaler / ADC.
• and maintain the health, performance, and availability of the Citrix environment, ensuring optimal user experience.
• and resolve technical issues related to Citrix components, such as application delivery, profile management, and user experience.
• security best practices and policies to safeguard Citrix infrastructure and data.
• performance tuning and capacity planning to optimize Citrix infrastructure resources.
• and maintain documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• up to date with the latest Citrix technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our environment and recommending improvements.
• with Windows File Sharing technologies NTFS permissions, DFS Namespace.
• or knowledge of Azure File Shares and Azure File Sync technologies.
• with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• with Remote Desktop Services, RDS Licensing.
• understanding of networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Active Directory and Citrix environments.
• communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate, Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V), or higher, are highly desirable
