To ensure the product configuration or bill of materials are up to date in SAPorCRM basis the requriement shared by the client (1.) To comply to agreed SLAor customer timelines and adhere to the high quality norms set to ensure zero-error (2.) Understand the product configuration, bill of materials of a product and requirement from the clients shared by the client in form of CADor Machine drawing PDFs (3.) Identify the part numbers from the assemblyorsub assembly drawings and order the right part number with the supplier or internal factory through SAP. (4.) Update the product specifications in SAP or client CRMor other legacy tools.
