HCL Engineering & Surveying, LLC is Hiring a Survey CAD Technician (FT) Near Centennial, CO
Survey Technician Responsibilities:
- Process topographic surveys and interpret survey field data.
- Perform construction calls for survey crews.
- Proficiently read and understand legal Descriptions.
- Prepare field packages for field crews.
- Engage in daily communication with the Project Surveyors and Project Managers.
- Handle project changes with confidence and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Civil 3D applications, MicroStation is a plus.
- Ability to produce the following Maps to a level of 75%, ALTA Surveys, Land Survey Plats, Improvement Survey Plats, Subdivision Replats, ROW Plans, Subdivision Plats, and Topographic Design Surveys.
- Proficient with TMOSS and CDOT Standards.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- 5 years of experience in Surveying or has an LSI.
- Strong pursuit of continuing education.
