HCLTech is looking to hire a Software Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in Medical devices, Python and Embedded Testing.

This opportunity requires to work onsite at Palo Alto, CA and no exception for Hybrid/Remote.

Detailed description/responsibilities:

• 7 to 9 years of experience in Software Verification and testing activities for medical devices
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test protocols and test cases for verification and validation of embedded software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test cases
• Identify or develop software test tools to verify system software
• Validate software tool used for software verification
• Formulate test methods for verification, and validation purposes
• Conduct design verification / tests on new or existing products in the development cycle to verify software
• Suggest improvements in testing methods and tools for enhanced efficiency and accuracy
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks (Python, pytest, Selenium)
• Provide technical guidance to team of test engineers
• Ensure compliance with identified medical device regulations, standards, and quality management system required for software
