**Job Description**

Woofs is now hiring energetic and fun-loving people who enjoy working with animals. This job comes with a pay rate of $11.15 - $13.00 per hour based on experience, and you can bring your pet to work! Packleaders can bring up to 2 dogs for free DayPlay when theyre on duty. Youll work with friendly teammates in a supportive, happy, work environment. Part-time and full-time hours are available!

**Duties & Responsibilities**

* Ability to work while continuously on your feet showing the dogs attention and care

* Proactively address behavior in a timely manner with approved methods. Woofs has zero-tolerance for mishandling of animals or using non-approved animal management methods

* Continually monitor dogs and keep the play areas free of messes by continual spot cleaning throughout the shift

* Follow standard cleaning procedures including proper use of chemicals to ensure a safe environment for animals and people

* Understand and follow the feeding, medication, and allergy lists to ensure that all health standards are met consistently

* Work cohesively and respectfully with your teammates

* Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor in all aspects of your position including room management and customer service

**Qualifications**

* Dog or animal experience preferred, but not required

* Customer service experience preferred, but not required

* Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and bend repetitively

* Ability to lift and carry dogs and equipment weighing up to 40 lbs

* Availability to work some weekends and holidays
