HCF of Bradford Inc is Hiring a Restorative Aide Near Bradford, PA

Position Summary:

Restorative Aide performs exercises and activities as assigned by the therapy department in-order to maintain and restore a resident’s self-care ability, ambulation, range of motion and/or activities of daily living.

Position Responsibilities an STNA Restorative Aide:

  • Assist residents in all activities of daily living, to include, bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, and personal hygiene
  • Maintains and restores residents to their highest functional level through exercise and other activities (range of motion, ambulation, transfers)
  • Complete documentation of care given
  • Refers to and follows resident care plan form
  • Report any abnormal findings, such as, injuries, incidents, skin issues, complaints,
  • suspected abuse/neglect/misappropriation, and any unsafe conditions
  • Attend required in-service education
  • Keep resident rooms and work areas neat and clean
  • Follows appropriate Infection Control and Safety Practices
  • Communicates effectively with residents, staff and visitors

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Completed and passed a state nurse aide training course and test.
