Job Summary and Qualifications

The Pharmacy Clinical Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and managing the pharmacy clinical programs. This includes formulary management, policy and procedure development and education across the healthcare spectrum. The Clinical Manager shall also assist in managing the pharmacy when the Pharmacy Director is unavailable.

What qualifications you will need:

• A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current licensure by the Colorado Board of Pharmacy as a registered Pharmacist. BLS and ACLS required within first 2 months of employment.

  B. Education: B.S. or Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)

  C. Experience: (At least one of the following):

  o Minimum of 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience

  o Completion of hospital PGY2/ pharmacy general practice residency or fellowship.

  o Specialty BCPS certification.

  o Other certification (e.g. FCCP, FASHP).

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
