Job Summary and Qualifications

The Administrative Supervisor oversees Scheduling, Insurance, Registration, Medical Records, Transcription and Pre-Authorization departments. Position is responsible for training, coaching and mentoring staff as well as their accuracy and efficiency. Works closely with the Director and the Technical Supervisors to assure the facilities meet environmental and security standards and compliance with government regulations. Recommends procedural changes to improve operations. Other related duties as required.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate Degree Required; Bachelor Degree Preferred
• 3 - 5 years of leadership experience required; 5 years of leadership experience preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR, or Heart Saver CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
