The Case Management Assistant (CMA) will be responsible for assisting in maintaining smooth, efficient operations of the department. The CMA will: perform a variety of clerical tasks, assess and prioritize duties and work flow to assure smooth operation of department, act as a resource for the Managed Care Nurse Reviewers regarding plans, policies and procedures while demonstrating a working knowledge of specific issues related to the operation of the department. The CMA must be able to make sound judgements in assessing incoming information and relaying priority information to designated Case Manager.
