Job Summary and Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:

MSW or Master’s degree in Counseling/Psychology required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:

One year experience in discharge planning in a health care setting preferred.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

Proven ability to work with others, at all levels within the organization and collaborate effectively. Possess interpersonal problem solving skills and written/oral communication skills. Computer literacy. Ability to complete assessments within the behavioral health field such as but not limited to: psychosocial assessments, discharge assessments and intake assessments.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

LCSW, RICSW, LMHC

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required within 30 days of hire.

Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) required within 45 days of hire.

AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required.
