Job Summary:

Centerpoint Medical Center is searching for neurohospitalists to join a vendor-based, inpatient practice.
Qualified Candidates:

• Vascular/stroke, neurophysiology, neurocritical care, epilepsy fellowship trained or experienced neurohospitalist physicians preferred
• 100% inpatient
• Flexible scheduling; option for 7 on 7 off schedule or 180 shifts annually
• Compensation $400,000 salary among many great benefits including 401K & a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability

Neuroscience Program Highlights:

• Achieved TJC Certified Primary Stroke Center, seeing over 1,000 patients a year
• Awarded American Heart Association Get With the Guidelines top award achiever: 2023 Gold Plus with Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite Plus and Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll
• Established neuroscience services committee overseeing clinical practice guidelines, updates to clinical practice, and care of neurology patients
• Neurology team comprised of inpatient neurologists, neurosurgeons, 24/7 tele-neurology acute stroke services, and dedicated intensivists

• Inpatient Coverage nationally at 12 Denver hospitals, 1 Salt Lake City hospital, 1 Idaho Falls hospital, 3 San Antonio hospitals, and 1 Kansas City hospital. Teleneurology coverage at 250 hospitals nationwide.
• Mean door-to-needle tPA Time of 18 Minutes.
• Annual stroke volume of over 1500, >30,000 encounters via telemedicine annually.
