Job Summary:

Primary Care & Hope Clinic is seeking a family medicine physician to join their established practice in Smyrna, Tennessee
Qualified Candidates:

• Must be board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine
• TN licensure or ability to obtain
• Interest in providing full scope primary care
• Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care
• Interest in precepting advanced practitioners
• Clinic 4 days and 1 day administrative day
• 1 Saturday clinic per quarter with an extra day off during same week
