Job Summary
The National Account Site Representative (NASR) is a member of the Hangcha Customer Care Team, assigned to provide technical expertise and solutions to an assigned account. The (NASR) position requires a high level of training and expertise in Electrical Products and Electrical Theory. This position works on site to provide outstanding support on technical service issues and quality concerns. The position will also act as a liaison between the National Account Customer and the Hangcha Customer Care Team to communicate any needs and requirements. The (NASR) will be relied on to also support internal teams such as the Parts Dept., Warranty Dept., and PDI Technicians. This position will regularly report service and technical issues to HCFA management and HC Factory with recommendations for resolution. After hours phone support is expected to meet the needs of the assigned National Account Customer.
General Accountabilities
Their technical acumen will be key in diagnosing, inspecting, and enhancing the equipment's performance, contributing significantly to the team's success and the company's reputation for excellence, on all equipment Hangcha produces, LP, Gas, Diesel, and Electrical/ Lithium-Ion systems.
Keeps logs, records, and creates reports pertaining to repairs/modifications/Work performed.
Provide service-related repairs, and modifications of equipment as needed, and repair of products.
Projects will be assigned by Customer Care Management
Document all Modifications and Repairs
Coordinates support through communications with the Senior Service Reps and HCFA Management.
Investigate and communicate through the problem-solving process and quality concerns to our cross-functional team for permanent corrective resolution.
Participates in OSHA compliance; actively identifying and advocating improved safety for technicians.
Attend All training as assigned.

Job Qualifications
Associate degree, technical degree in related field, or related experience.
5 years of related technical field experience specific to forklifts
3 years training dealers and employees in forklift mechanics, or 5 years in mobile industrial equipment
Must have a good Attitude and willingness to learn.
Must represent HCFA in a professional manner.
Current Forklift certification and able to maintain.

Skills
Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of forklifts including testing, diagnosis, hydraulic, brakes, testing and repair of electronic systems and modules.
Operation and maintenance of a wide variety of hand and power tools, shop tools, test equipment
Able to work safely and follow company rules and procedures.
Valid driver’s license
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read schematics.
Good verbal and written communication skills
