Classification: Hourly, Full-time, 2nd Shift 11:30AM to 8:00PM

Position Summary

The Warehouse Position is responsible for the oversight of shipping, receiving, product press-readiness, inventory arrangement, accepting deliveries, preparing shipments, recording all shipping and receiving activities, warehouse housekeeping and other duties as needed. Pay rate based on previous experience.

Job Duties:

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift, clamp truck, pallet jack, etc.
• First-in-first-out Inventory and stock management and overall inventory program
• Correctly identify production trim and waste for trash and recycling
• Operation of waste bailer
• Plant trash removal, compactor needs/maintenance and scrap removal
• Move cases/pallets from one location to another as needed for staging, production, shipping and storage
• Communicate regularly with press operators and business office to update and complete needed daily/hourly tasks (i.e. film, paper, roll stock, boxes, etc.)
• Follow all shipping/receiving/storage programs
• Have a safety-first approach to all areas including keeping warehouse, loading bays entrance/exits and surrounding areas clean and free of debris, participate in the fork-truck and lift certification and safety program
• Support warehouse maintenance program
• Assist press and slitter operators as needed

Qualifications:

• 5 Year Warehouse experience
• Proficiency in shipping and receiving protocols
• Ability to keep detailed records and logs
• Proficient in math, inventory organization and staging
• Work independently, actively address visual needs, stay on task and operate thoughtfully
• Use various hand tools such as hand strappers, tape guns, hand trucks, etc.
• Work and stand for 8 hour shifts as the schedule demands
• Repeatedly lift 30 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
