Position: Receiving and Inventory Clerk

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay: $19/hr

Experience: 3 years of industrial receiving experience

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; Friday, 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Saturday's as needed)

HB Staffing is seeking a Receiving and Inventory Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Able to use a forklift daily
• Maintain and update records
• Count material, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock
• Report all discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
• Distribute and stock merchandise; receive and inventory stock received
• Inspect shipments for damage and correct quantities; report any damages or shortages to supervisors as needed
• Unload and unpack shipments of products

• Must be self motivated and forward thinking
• Familiarity with Mobe3
• Able to multitask responsibilities with high attention to detail Detail-oriented and multitasking skills
• Obtain a safety conscious mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills
