Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB preferred, BCBA-eligible to be considered
Applicant possesses 1-3 years of experience working with children ages 3-5 with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities
Applicant requires a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or similarly related field of study

Essential Functions:

Assist the diagnostic team in determining eligibility of service needs for students requiring utilization of applied behavior principles
Attend IEP meetings to help develop appropriate goals and objectives and create transition plans
Conduct functional assessments and functional analyses
Develop and monitor functionally based behavior intervention plans
Help to develop and implement Positive Behavior Supports in the Early Childhood program
Develops, facilitates and conducts training utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis to teachers, therapists and staff
Completes student skill assessments and develop classroom and individual student programs accordingly
Participate on the Leadership Team for PBIS and ECE
Participation in crisis intervention
Develops and identifies resources and support information for staff and students
Other duties as necessary

Period of Employment: 12 months
