Description

The employee is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory in the computer system for the company. The inventory receiving clerk is required to comply with departmental safety requirements, contribute to the quality improvement process and interface and communicate within the department.

Job Functions:

• Employee is required to audit/enter the daily receiving Syspro transactions for components and chemicals for Hayward and TSI. 
• Employee will be responsible for the daily warehouse mass movements for transfers, destructions, samples for components, chemicals.
• All inventory Syspro adjustments transactions for components, chemicals, will be maintained by the receiving clerk.
• The inventory-receiving clerk is responsible for the daily warehouse Return Authorization transactions.
• Employee is responsible to forward all reject reporting to TSI
• Employee is responsible to ensure that all discrepancies are properly communicated/investigated and resolved within the instructed timeframes. 
• The inventory-receiving clerk will be back up to the Material Coordinator 
• The employee must have the ability to comprehend and carry out reasonable instructions from the immediate supervisor and Hayward management team. When performing this job, the worker summarizes and/or condenses information. Employees are required to possess this knowledge and/or skill at the time of hiring. Employees are required to ensure that departmental/company procedures are adhered to.
