Join a global manufacturing business as a supply chain analyst, joining the supply planning team based in South Sydney on an initial contract assignment with opportunity for permanency and an immediate start.

Your new role

In your new role as supply chain analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage all facets of supply chain planning across the assigned category, including supply planning and forecasting, while assisting with the production process.
• Ensuring timely availability of components and raw materials to meet production requirements and facilitate on-time, in full delivery to customers.
• Inventory management responsibility, maintaining sufficient safety stock levels while avoiding out-of-stocks and obsolescence, seeking ways to improve processes across the supply chain function.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge across supply chain planning, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Solid systems skills, with competency in MS Office including Excel and ERP systems experience.
• Good communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across a business.
