$40 MILLION SCHOOL BEING BUILT IN PALM BEACH COUNTY NEEDS SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT
Your new company
I'm representing a well-established and reputable general contracting firm specializing in large-scale commercial construction projects. They commit to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, which, by following these simple steps, has positioned them as a leader in the industry. As they embark on an exciting new project- a ground-up $40 million dollar school -They are seeking a dynamic Senior Superintendent to join our team.
Your new role
As the Senior Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of our school construction project. You'll collaborate closely with the Project Manager, architects, and consultants to maintain project quality, safety, and schedule. Your leadership and expertise will drive the project forward, making a lasting impact on the community. As well as using your expertise to develop and train others around you.
Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the construction team on-site, overseeing all aspects of the project.
• Safety Champion: Prioritize safety and enforce compliance with safety protocols.
• Quality Control: Ensure work meets high-quality standards and aligns with project specifications.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating subcontractors and resources.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor project costs, track expenses, and make informed decisions to stay within budget.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address constructability issues.
• Problem Solving: Proactively address on-site challenges and find practical solutions.
• Reporting: Regularly update project progress and communicate effectively with the team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years as a Construction Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
• Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR, and other relevant certifications - preference not essential
• Technical Skills: Proficient in construction software and project management tools.
• Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
