Hays Electrical Services is Hiring an Electrical Superintendent Near Salt Lake, UT

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our electrical projects. (MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL)

Job Description:

As a Traveling Construction Superintendent, at Hays Electrical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects within the hospitality or multi-family sector. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel to various construction sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

· Construction Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on hospitality construction.

· Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively to construction sites nationwide.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

· Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and address issues that may arise during construction projects.

· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects.

Qualifications:

· Construction Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on hospitality or multi-family construction. Knowledgeable in Procore is preferred. 

·Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively to construction sites nationwide.

· Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects.
