Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Cleaning Restrooms, lobbies, and offices
• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing, Sweeping, & Vacuuming
• Mopping, Dusting, & Buffing

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• We E-Verify.
• Must pass physical examination, which includes a drug screen and life scan screening.
• Must be able to interact directly with patient population, job require high visibility.
• Must exhibit consistently high level of customer service, and 'Patient First' sensibility.
• After initial training, demonstrate ability to utilize supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull and/or squat a minimum of 50 pounds, able to stand and walk 90% of work period and able to walk stairs navigate uneven surfaces.
• Be self-directed.
• Be flexible and committed to team concept.
• Demonstrate teamwork, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards, and behaviors.
• Must practice the customer service skills as provided through on-going training and in-services.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and lifting of supplies and equipment.

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to working around patients of the Mental Health Facility throughout entire shift.
• Prolonged standing walking and lifting of supplies and equipment.
• All other related duties as assigned.
