Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Office Manager for our busy private optometrist office in Shelburne. Administrative experience is ideal, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This position is Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30 pm. More hours are available if desired.
Duties:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
-Insurance Billing using a third party processor
-Typing up and sending out statements
-Typing up and faxing/mailing doctor reports
-Filing, sending out reminder notices, making confirmation phone calls
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, proficient computer skills, and strong organization and time management skills.
