Position Overview: Working with other team members to prepare food in a manner established by Schlotzsky’s Deli including standards of cleanliness, quality, and specifications.

Essential Function: 

1. Be courteous and professional with other team members
2. Prepare customer’s orders according to pre-established recipes and standards.
3. Learn our computer system well enough to quickly and accurately prepare our customer’s orders timely and minimize errors
4. Assist other associates in completing the days tasks.
5. Maintain a clean work environment
6. This team member is responsible for the quality standards of the products he/she prepares.

Job Specifications:

1. 16 years of age or older
2. Execute assigned duties and responsibilities from supervisors
3. Able to speak, read, and write effectively.
4. Must wear Schlotzsky’s uniform and abide by company’s grooming policy
5. Able to lift and carry a maximum of 20 pounds
