- Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and build relationships with large format (grocery, mass) customers in your sales territory.
- Drive a company vehicle (box truck) and serve customers on a designated route.
- Meet customer needs and distributor needs by ensuring inventory and space are maximized.
- Secure high value retail space for Red Bull products.
- Maintain and improve standards of distribution and product availability by working with Key Account plans.
- Merchandise product within your accounts, and make sure we look premium.
- Promotions & Sales Directives – execute promotional activity and sales directives set forth on monthly goal planners and sales meetings
- Perform business reviews with your customers by using wiring sheets, insight sheets and/or reports
- Communicate with your manager and track your goals. Work towards your achievements!
- Ensure product availability with your customers.
- Know and follow account expectations.
Job Requirements
- Sales Experience or a desire to be in sales. Work with DSD preferred
- Self–motivated, reliable, good communication skills, personable, positive attitude, organized time manager
- Basic accounting and math skills
- Must be able to adeptly work a handheld and have basic computing skills
- Able to consistently lift 50 lbs. (cases of Red Bull)
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- DOT medical card required (If you do not have one, you will need to take the DOT physical.)
- High school diploma or GED required
