• The Field Support Manager (FSM) supports the team by providing help with sales, merchandising, route coverage and store resets. The FSM drives a box-truck or side bay truck to sell, deliver and merchandise Red Bull products in large and small format stores. The FSM’s top priority is to effectively be trained and support the service of all customers in a safe, efficient, and professional manner while also learning elements of the business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support your team by providing help with sales, merchandising, route coverage and store resets.
• Service and improve Red Bull standards in a given territory.
• Meet customer needs and distributor needs by ensuring inventory and space are maximized.
• Merchandise and reset stores to meet the standards set forth by the customer, Red Bull and our company.
• Maintain and improve standards of distribution and product availability.
• Support the execution of promotional activity and growth sales directives.
• Maximize your potential, your customer’s potential and your company’s potential by communicating, growing and addressing needs.

• Serve current customers within a designated route assigned by the day
• Develop new account relationships within the route as assigned
• Help customers manage their Red Bull product inventory
• Ensure customers utilize current promotions, displays and marketing tools
• Merchandise Red Bull products within assigned locations

• Act with a sense of urgency and commitment along with desire to accomplish goals
• Maintain a high level of communication across the Hay Distributing Team
• Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand

• Reset stores to planogram standards. Set up coolers. Build and execute new displays.
• Develop Look Like #1 activity.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good mathematical or basic accounting skills
• Strong time management and organizational capabilities
• Current driver's license with clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old
• DOT Medical Card required
