Responsibilities:

· Inventory and Cost Control: Take ownership of inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste. Implement effective cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards.

· Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with our valued guests, anticipating their needs and preferences. Resolve any concerns or issues promptly and ensure that their dining experiences are nothing short of extraordinary, leaving a lasting impression.

Requirements:

· A true passion for unique and innovative flavors and an extensive knowledge of gastronomy.

· Proven experience in a leadership and managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in an establishment with elevated service and caters to loyal guests from near and far,

· Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
