We are currently seeking a Commercial/Multi-Family Construction Field Superintendent.

The Superintendent will coordinate job/field-based responsibilities associated with the successful planning and implementation of a wide variety of commercial construction projects. This position will work in cooperation with our office Project Management staff, and report directly to the General Superintendent.

- Coordinate daily workflow of construction activities, subcontractors and employees.

- Ensure schedule is being followed and met for each project from onset to completion.

- Ensure budget is being followed and maintained.

- Keep daily documentation of job progress with computerized daily reports program.

- Make sure all work is following plans, specifications, scheduling, code requirements, safety requirements, and quality control requirements.

- Be able to swiftly close out a project by completing all punch list items, record documents, Owner training, and site cleanup.

- Be able to positively interact with clients, owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors and office personnel.

- Understand plans, specifications, and general construction paperwork.

- Computer skills for being able to follow construction management software programs, and Microsoft Projects experience.

- A minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.

- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

- Must have transportation for driving to various jobsite locations mainly in the Greater Kansas City area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
