Position Overview:
As a Field Supervisor at Hawque Protection Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our security operations. You will lead and inspire a team of security officers, monitoring their performance, and providing guidance to maintain the highest level of security service. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
Supervise: Lead and manage a team of security officers, providing training, guidance, and support.
Operations: Oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Client Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their security concerns and needs.
Incident Management: Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring a swift and appropriate resolution.
Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports on security incidents, staffing, and operational activities.
Training: Assist in the training and development of security personnel.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to security standards.
Scheduling: Assist in scheduling and assigning security personnel as needed. Responsible for finding officers to fill in call-outs and open shifts.
Safety: Promote a culture of safety among the security team.
Qualifications:
Previous Experience: Minimum of 2 years of security experience, with a proven track record of leadership.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid Driver's License: A valid drivers license is required for this position.
Additional Information:
Expected Workdays and Hours: The supervisor's expected work hours will primarily align with overnight hours. A blend of 2nd and 3rd shift, such as 8 PM ? 4 AM, with fluctuations within that time frame as needed.
Proposed Pay Range: The pay rate for this position will range from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Tentative Start Date: We are aiming for a start date around 05/06/2024.
Direct Reporting Structure: The Field Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager and may also report to senior supervisors, depending on the site they are responsible for.
Gas Reimbursement: We reimburse at a rate of $0.70 per mile between sites. Please note that this reimbursement does not cover the commute to and from work.
