Maintain through proper horticultural techniques both residential and commercial properties. Duties include bed care / weeding, small tree/shrub pruning, flower/herbaceous plant care and diagnosis and proper treatment of pests and diseases.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of plant material (annuals, perennials, shrubs)
• Experience with small landscape equipment including line trimmers, back pack blowers, edgers, and gas hedgers
• Good communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather conditions including rain and heat
• Degree in horticulture or on-going schooling in horticulture a plus.
• Commercial pesticide license (or the ability to earn one) is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
