Description

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in our production facility. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be crucial in ensuring that our machines run smoothly and efficiently, resulting in high quality products.

Pay Range $18 - $22/hour



Responsibilities

· Operate machines to produce parts or products according to production requirements to include but not limited to CNC machines, band saw, tumbling, bead blasting, and ultrasonic cleaning operations

· Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions

· Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating

· Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications

· Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine problems to minimize downtime

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
• Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
